3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses.

• Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds are NOT guaranteed, and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

• We do not accept returns for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse, so check the size chart before ordering.
